We are in the peaceful Tan Dinh neighborhood, near many cafes and restaurants, and close to the famous Pink Church.

Other things to note

This unit is on the 1st floor accessible by stairs (no elevator). If you need assistance with luggage, please inform our hosts.
The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew).

Amazing stay in District 1 which is close to all the main attractions. The apartment is so stylish, spotless clean and the bed(s) are amazing, I had the best sleep there. We really appreciate the details like record player and a selection of speciality coffee provided by the host. The team responded super promptly and was very attentive in making sure I had the best experience. Will definitely book with Circadian again when I’m back in HCMC.

We had the absolute pleasure of staying in this amazing apartment! The design is beautiful, the space is incredibly comfortable, and the location is perfect—close to everything we needed. What truly made our stay exceptional was the kindness and attentiveness of the hosts. They went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed, always with a smile.
To top it all off, a lovely café is opening right downstairs soon, which will make future stays even better.
It was a real joy to stay here, and we wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone. We will definitely be coming back!

Our stay at Circadian in Ho Chi Minh City was truly exceptional! Henry, Huck, Quinn, Levi, Martin, Khoa, Kath, Derek, Michelle, Daniel, Vy, and the entire Circadian team created a remarkable experience with their thoughtfully designed space. The stunning aesthetics, comfortable ambiance, and impeccable amenities exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and the seamless check-in process made everything effortless. Every detail reflected care and quality, making our trip unforgettable. We left with wonderful memories and highly recommend Circadian to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City!

Simplemente el mejor airbnb en el que me he hospedado. Le recomendaría a cualquier viajero que no lo piense dos veces y rente este lugar. El airbnb es impecable y nuevo. Me quede aqui por 5 dias y lo amé. Ojala pudiera darles 10 estrellas porque 5 no son suficientes.

Beautiful house – it’s massive and a great value for money! They have a record player with Vinyls and Netflix on TV! The place has 2 double beds and a stack full of options for making coffee – pour over, french etc. It’s also right above a cafe which serves incredible Vietnamese coffee and has a nice, cozy reading space. They were really helpful with check in and check out and also kept checking in if we were comfortable. Everything is about 10-15 mins cab ride away (less if on a scooter)
