Inspired by our designer’s time in New York, this 90 sqm apartment has a beautiful open layout with high ceilings. It’s decorated with classic Midcentury furniture, and carefully curated art. The master bedroom and living room open to a balcony with sweeping views of downtown Saigon.
Amenities include a washer, Apple TV & Netflix, and bluetooth soundbar. The location on Nguyen Hue puts it in walking distance of major landmarks and the city’s best cafes, restaurants, shopping & nightlife.

Our amazing New York-style loft is a rare combination of head-turning design, amazing amenities, breathtaking views and the most central location in the city.
The 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has a very spacious open layout that connects the living room, kitchen and master bedroom.
The expansive living room and kitchen area is a great place to relax, read, watch TV or enjoy a meal.
The master bedroom is HUGE with a king bed and a work desk. As you can see from our listing, the internet is SUPER-fast, with speeds above 300Mbps.
Both the master bedroom and living room open to a 6 meter long balcony overlooking Nguyen Hue Walking Street.
There’s a second bedroom with its own bathroom to accommodate date groups of up to 4 people.
The kitchen is large and spacious and is fully equipped for you to cook up a meal or entertain friends.

    Apartment was nice and big. Two bedrooms, two toilettes and a kitchen. Loved the Balcony.
    The location was 10/10. Couldn’t be better.
    But the street outside the window is very loud. So don’t forget to bring some earplugs.
    Communication was very fast and helpful.
    Only the younger lady (Not the loser one!) in front of the elevator was very impolite.
    But anyhow I was happy to have the Elevator.
    Also I found some foreign hairs in the bedroom as soon as I arrived.
    But overall it was tidy and clean.

    A wonderful place to stay in Ho Chi Minh. The apartment is super cozy and close to most of tourist’s attractions. It even has Taylor’s vinyl and record player

    This is probably the coolest place I’ve stayed at with AirBnB. Circadian has created a really cool apartment overlooking the promenade in District 1. It is larger, clean, and tastefully furnished. I appreciated details such as filtered water, a clothes steamer, a small library of interesting books, and a vinyl record player.
    The apartment is located in a popular building full of craft shops, coffee shops, and restaurants. You literally don’t have to leave the building to have great breakfast or lunch. District 1 promenade, right out front, is really happening and fun, close to everything.
    The hosts were very responsive, courteous, and helpful.
    I would come back to HCMC just to stay here again!

    Great hosts who were attentive and replied fast to any concerns . The building had a power outage when we were about to check out . They checked immediately amd extended check out to make us feel comfortable. Def a gem to be staying here! The noise comes with the vibrancy of the location ! Will def book again
