Fall in love with our Japanese-inspired studio in downtown Saigon!
The stunning space features exposed columns, curved walls and a unique glass ceiling that fills the hallway with sunlight. Relax at the small garden and coffee lounge at the back.The unit is equipped with a luxurious bed, full kitchen, Netflix, toilet with bidet, and bath essentials—all the ingredients for a perfect stay 😉

The space

The unit is one of four homestay units on the first floor of the building.

The unit itself a queen bed, tatami table and cushions, a laptop table, a full bathroom with rain shower, and fully equipped kitchen.
Other amenities include:
– Flat-screen TV with Netflix
– Bluetooth smart speaker
– Hotel-quality bed linens and towels
– Toto toilet with built-in bidet
– Complimentary bottled water in your room
– Toiletries provided including toothbrush, soap and shampoo

Our homestay occupies the first floor in a building with three floors.
The top is floor is the private office of a company and is not open to guests.

Access is via steps. Please note there is no elevator. If you need we can arrange for a porter to help you carry your luggage up to the apartment.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Great easy location, easy to catch Grab to and from! Quiet neighbourhood and not too noisy during the night/mornings. Host was great at responding and smooth check in! My fiancé and I enjoyed our stay! Will book again when we return to Ho Chi Minh City for a holiday!

I have stayed in Circadian’s various Airbnb apartments in total three times, and not without a good reason. I always enjoy the most excellent care (pre and post-check in) from their communications team, especially their detailed instructions and genuine care for your stay. The apartments have all been clean and pleasantly located within the city centre. I cannot recommend Circadian as a host any further!

Highly recommend for folks who love the cleanliness and convenience of a stay. The place is exactly as described. Extremely clean, there’s almost no dust. Towels, bed sheets, glasses,… everything is absolutely well cleaned and sanitized I thought. Quiet place, but will hear some chit chat in the early morning from the tennis court right next to the building but I don’t mind. Closed to lots of popular attractions and easy to go everywhere. Communication is best with hosts. 100/100!

The place was nice and cozy with plenty of food spots nearby! The apartment itself was clean and felt homely and it well located within the city to many food spots via a short drive. Circadian were always responsive and tried their best to be accommodating ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay.

I loved my time at this AirBnb. I was in Saigon for work so I stayed for two weeks, and this space was perfect for that. The alley is quiet but never too quiet, and the self check in was easy. Having the free laundry machines right outside the door was super convenient, especially because I was there for two weeks. There is plenty of food options just a block away down the street, and the area is easily walkable. The room itself is clean and well-designed. Sometimes the tennis players next door would be a bit loud but it never really bothered me. The bathroom is small but clean, and there are basic kitchen supplies if you want to make simple meals or eat takeout at home. The free coffee/tea bar in the Airbnb common area was a great bonus. Overall I would definitely stay here again!
