Our industrial-style loft is located on the top floor of one of the oldest pre-war apartment buildings in Saigon. Highlights include our spacious bathroom with rain shower and sunroof and our balcony with a beautiful view of the Vietnam State Bank and Wall Street area.As with our other units, we feature a complimentary coffee and tea bar, hotel-style bed and towels, a full kitchen, and a front-loading washer.

The space

My remodeled industrial-style loft lies on the top (4th) floor of a heritage building.

It features 4.6 meter (15 foot) high ceilings, a charming bathroom with a translucent roof, a private bedroom on the mezzanine and an open balcony with a beautiful view of the majestic State Bank of Vietnam building.

The unit is located in a colonial-era apartment complex filled with eclectic shops, quirky cafes and a speakeasy bar.

The 1 bedroom unit includes a queen bed and a large sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower, and fully equipped kitchen.

The space is fully equipped with brand new amenities.

Our apartment is on the 4th floor of the building. Access is via steps and each floor is higher than normal. It is a bit of a workout so please keep that in mind.
Since this is a very old building, there is no elevator. If you need we can arrange for a porter to help you carry your luggage up to the apartment.
This is a very old building that is open to the public so it may get a bit dirty from stray dogs and cats.
The building can be accessed 24 hours a day.

    This was our first trip to Vietnam and we enjoyed this location and the apartment so much, we booked it twice. Once at the beginning of our trip and again at the end. The hosts were very proactive in making sure we had everything we needed. Some other reviewers noted it is in a loud area at night, but we found with the AC on the noise was not a problem for sleeping.

    We planned to be in Ho Chi Minh City for a week before spending a few days elsewhere in Vietnam and returning to HCMC for another 4 nights. We booked this place for the first week only but liked it so much we booked it again for our final four nights.

    We had a pleasant stay here. The building had lots of cafes for us to try and easily walkable to the cafe apartments with local street food along the way. It was overall a very immersion and wonderful experience!

    the place is really great. it’s spacious, clean, have everything needed. the building has a lot of coffee shops, bars. at night stairs are full of light, so it feels safe even if this is public building.

    definitely a unique and cool place worth checking out.
    Loved the daylight bathroom and the balcony view for people watching. The building itself is pretty characteristic and interesting with all its little shops.
    The apartment feels like a great couple’s nest – solo travellers should be aware that it’s an open building and there might be some noise near the door from time to time or animal activity on the roof (which I had in one night).
    Overall not the most convenient place in Saigon, but a great experience.
