Fall in love with our Japanese-inspired studio in downtown Saigon!
The stunning space features exposed columns, curved walls and a unique glass ceiling that fills the hallway with sunlight. Relax at the small garden and coffee lounge at the back .The unit is equipped with a luxurious bed, full kitchen, Netflix, toilet with bidet, and bath essentials—all the ingredients for a perfect stay 😉

The space

The unit is one of four homestay units on the first floor of the building.

The unit itself a queen bed, tatami table and cushions, a laptop table, a full bathroom with rain shower, and fully equipped kitchen.

Other amenities include:

– Bluetooth smart speaker
– Hotel-quality bed linens and towels
– Toto toilet with built-in bidet
– Complimentary bottled water in your room
– Toiletries provided including toothbrush, soap and shampoo

Our homestay occupies the first floor in a building with three floors.
The top is floor is the private office of a company and is not open to guests.

Access is via steps. Please note there is no elevator. If you need we can arrange for a porter to help you carry your luggage up to the apartment.

The building can be accessed 24 hours a day.

The check-in procedure was fuss free! Place was beautiful, especially the chill living area. Hosts were very proactive and responded quickly to clarify your doubts. It’s thoughtful of them to send me gifts as it was my birthday during the stay. Thank you!

The apartment was exactly as described—modern, clean, and very comfortable. It was incredibly convenient for exploring the city’s main attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas.
The host was exceptionally hospitable and responsive. They provided detailed instructions for check-in, which was smooth and hassle-free. Throughout my stay, they were available to answer any questions and offered great recommendations for local spots to visit.
The apartment itself was well-equipped with all the amenities one could need. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was a huge plus as I needed to do some work during my trip.
Overall, this Airbnb exceeded my expectations. It provided a comfortable and convenient home base for my adventures in Ho Chi Minh City. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area and hope to stay here again on my next trip!

The Circadian team was really helpful before and during my stay.
They are flexible with the check in if needed and if it’s possible for them. They always make sure I had everything needed, they will reply to any question in the quickest time frame possible.
The room was as described in the pictures, a big gallon of water is also provided to avoid drinking tap water.
Place in the center of Saigon, near the famous landmarks and night markets

The Circadian team has been responsive from the second we booked our stay. From confirmation to sharing exact instructions to access the flat, they made an effort to make sure everything had gone smoothly for us. We arrived on an early flight and was allowed an early check-in. During our stay, the team actively offered towel replacement too.
The studio is clean and minimalistic as shown in the photos. There is ample space for the two of us to fully open our suitcases and lay our things out. It’s nice and bright in the day, and quiet during our sleep. There was no noise from the tennis court as remarked by other guests.
I am very happy during our 2 night here and would recommend it to any traveller looking for a safe, clean and homey place to stay in HCMC. I have no issue with it but my mother commented the shower wasn’t strong enough. (It was her first time staying at an Airbnb) So, pls take note if you are particular about your showers. Otherwise, it’s a great choice!

They were absolutely amazing! Couldn’t have asked for better hosts. They were so accommodating and helpful. They helped us get money back on our airport taxi after we got scammed! When I felt ill they were very helpful with recommendations and checked in on me! I would defo stay here again! Beautiful apartment with lovely communal area outside to sit and enjoy watching people play tennis! The bed is super comfy and the space is super clean with everything you need! I’ve never had such an amazing experience on Airbnb! Thank you so much for having us!
