Our minimalist studio is located in a quiet alley in downtown Saigon, close to many cafes, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
You can walk to major tourist attractions from our place: Bui Vien Walking Street (5 minutes), Ben Thanh Market (10 minutes) and Reunification Palace (10 minutes).
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom, balcony and all the amenities you need for a short or long stay: Netflix, bluetooth speaker, superfast wifi, & bidet toilet.

The space

Our studio has been designed for short to medium-term stays.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and a dining set. This unit has a small balcony.

In addition, all guests can use the front-loading washer and dryer on the ground floor.

Our unit is one of eight studios in a small newly constructed building. The building has a ground floor and 4 upper floors (2 studios per floor). There is an elevator.

The building is in a quiet hem in the downtown area across from a Starbucks and the New World Hotel. It is within walking distance of major tourist sites. We are at the end of the closed alley so there’s minimal traffic outside.

You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Trai, Le Lai and Ly Tu Trong.

Guest access

Guests will have access to their unit, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer which is located on the ground floor.

This unit is one of 8 homestay units in a building. There are two units per floor excluding the ground floor.

    The room is clean, working washer and dryer. Within walking distance to restaurants and shops.

    The place is accessible to central market and other local restaurants. The host is very helpful and even provided an air purifier for us. The property matched the description and photos provided in the listing. Highly recommended!

    Cozy apartment located in perfect location but quiet place.
    It was really pleasant stay at Circadian’s place. The room was really clean and well equipped. I especially liked coffee kits. Wifi was stable and fast. They also changed towels during the stay. I will definitely stay again if I come back here.

    The room was great, clean, quiet but surrounded with a lot of nice street foods. They’re very responsive and helpful. Very worth the price.
