This quiet 50sqm unit is filled with cool design touches, custom furniture, and amazing amenities.
The room features:

On the ground, you can relax with a matcha or coffee at the chill Nine Degree Cafe.

We are in the peaceful Tan Dinh neighborhood, near many cafes and restaurants, and close to the famous Pink Church.

Other things to note

This unit is on the ground floor. The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew). There is no elevator.

This was a very special place to stay for our last leg of our Vietnam trip.
The place is thoughtfully and beautifully designed. You’re tucked away from the city in this space that’s fun, modernist and colourful without being overwhelming. The hosts were super responsive and helpful. Gave us some great local food recommendations.
I will stay here again next time I’m back!

Lovely apartment that looked exactly like the pictures. Personally loved the amenities such as the vinyl player and the television. The apartment was behind a cafe and is extremely convenient to grab a quick coffee when needed.
Location of the apartment was perfect as it was on a quiet street free of disturbances. Attractions and food spots are also easily accessible through Grab.
Owners were also extremely prompt in replying to any messages and were quick to resolve any issues.
Overall a 10/10 experience in Vietnam that was made possible by this BnB apartment.

Это удобное и комфортное жильё. Здесь было приятно жить. Квартира небольшая, но пространство используется со вкусом. Супер кровать и подушки, как ни странно, редкость во Вьетнаме. Из минусов только слабый WiFi.
Спасибо, с радостью вернемся

4th times coming back to the company-
Always have a good time whenever i rent Circadian places ! Had good night of sleeps ( their bedding is really great!!!!!! )
Unlike other places in Saigon 🫣 Circadian’s properties ARE NEVER located at some dark, small dirty alleys . Always main road-facing houses.
