Our apartment is on the 1st floor of the building. Access is via steps. Unfortunately there is no elevator.
PLEASE NOTE: The gate to the apartment complex on the ground floor is open until 10pm. After that time, guests will need to open the gate with the key that is provided in the lockbox.

Хочется похвалить хозяина жилья за великолепную организацию. Чёткие инструкции были предоставлены заблаговременно. В квартире было чисто. Всё было подготовлено так, что бы вы ни в чём не нуждались. Она соответствует фотографиям. Общение происходило легко и непринуждённо.
Квартира расположена не далеко от центра. Примерно за 20 минут пешком вы сможете добраться до центральных достопримечательностей.
Главным разочарованием в этой квартире стала шумо изоляция. Вы прекрасно слышите плотно загруженную улицу. За окном установлены громкие блоки охлаждения коммерческих кондиционеров. В соседнем здании расположен ночной клуб, который, в выходные дни, вы будете слышать всю ночь. И не смотря на то что хозяин пытался мне помочь с этим, предоставив беруши, нормально поспать мне не удалось.
Если вас не пугает момент с шумом, это прекрасное место, что бы остановиться.

The place was great, a real haven in a nice part of the city. All the facilities you need. Hosts were super responsive and helped us organise additional services including a great driver for a trip to the Mekong. Highly recommended

Everything is as described, apartment is clean and easy for us to get around Saigon. It’s located in a charming local building with a mix of cafes, restaurants, convenience stores and some pho down one of the side alleys of the building. Never felt too noisy but there’s always the hum of activity of the city. We did not meet hosts in person, communication was always very quick and clear instructions for self check in and getting into the apartment.

Spent about a week in Saigon and felt like I was living my best local city girl life at this AirBnb. Located in Quan 1 (District 1), everything was easily walkable from this location. There is an adorable cafe located in the same apartment building and a wonderful boutique jewelry store on the third floor. The area is surrounded by great restaurants and cafes just a walk away. The space was just like it was pictured and served as a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring the city. The circadian staff was extremely helpful and attentive. I would highly recommend this AirBnb and would stay here again should I return to Saigon!

First time trying out Circadian based on the review of my brother. Very well designed and furnished place with responsive hosts. Fairly affordable as well so it’s the best value for money!

I would absolutely stay here again. It was so close to everything. Circadian was amazing with their responsiveness to their clients. The house itself was super cute. They had a really cute coffee corner too with all kinds of coffee makers. The place was clean and really affordable. I would recommend this place to anyone and everyone!
