Newly built, launched in Dec 2023!

Located in a quiet alley in downtown Saigon, our cozy studio combines a unique design with whimsical charm.

Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, Netflix & ultrafast 250+ Mbps wifi .

At ground, you can enjoy a snack or coffee at the Hai Cai Tay Cafe. We also have a washer/dryer for our in-house guests.

We are right next to the Wink Hotel & in walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars.

The space

Our professionally designed apartment has been designed for your convenience and comfort.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, dining table, bathroom with rain shower, and work desk and chair.

Guests can enjoy a snack or delicious drink at the ground floor coffee shop. The cafe has a chill and cozy vibe.

In addition, all guests can use the front-loading washer and dryer on the ground floor.

Our unit is on the 3rd floor and is one of seven units in the building. Access is via stairs.

The building is in a quiet alley in central Saigon next to the Wink Hotel.

You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Van Thu and along the canal street (Hoang Sa).

Guest access

Guests will have the entire unit to themselves, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer which is located on the ground floor.

Our building has a ground, a mezzanine and 3 floors above.
This unit is on the 3rd floor accessible by stairs. Guests will walk through the cafe to get to the stairs. The building is open 24 hours a day.

There is no elevator. If you need assistance with luggage, please inform our hosts.

We had a very pleasant stay here, this was our second stay with the host at another apartment and both times were great! The apartment was exactly like in the pictures, very clean and easily accessable through a doorcode (above a coffeeshop). The host was super helpful and flexible with early check-in and is very fast replying. He also helped us book excursions to Chu Chi tunnels and Mekong Delta which were very nice and much cheaper than via TripAdvisor for example. Also the apartment is closeby the city within walking distance to everything (15-20min). We definitely recommend staying here when visiting Ho Chi Minh!

Great communication and very well furnished apartment. Very easy contact with the host and perfectly located above a beautiful coffee (perfect for breakfast). For a short stay in Saigon it’s a gem!

I love this place, the host was also very responsive. With a private kitchen in each room, it felt like home right away. Also strategic location. It’s in the middle of town. But have a peaceful environment because located near the river. Definitely will come back!

We spent 5 nights in the Funky Studio & could have easily stayed longer! The space is so cosy & homely. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into this cute little studio as every inch is stylish & functional. I loved having use of the washer & dryer in the building too.
The location is great as it is above a beautiful cafe that has such a warm vibe & is also close to many markets, massage spas, restaurants etc. I particularly liked being so close to Chợ Thị Nghè Market & loved going to buy fresh fruit every morning!?????
For the dog lovers out there, there are the cutest dogs next door that come & chill at the cafe & love cuddles!?
Check in & out is a breeze with Circadian’s amazing hosting skills! They are definitely some of the best hosts I have stayed with on Airbnb. They are so friendly, kind & always quick to respond to any questions.
If you’re planning a trip to Ho Chi Minh I highly recommend staying in one of Circadian’s Airbnb’s, you wont be disappointed!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Incredible stay!
The room is located above Hai Cái Tẩy Cafe. Which makes your stay incredible warm, cosy and luxe.
In the morning you walk downstairs and order yourself a cappuccino. Or if in the late afternoon or evening you are a bit tired of the city, you can get a lovely tea whilst the staff puts on amazing vinyl records. It totally gives a boutique hotel feel! Also the staff of the cafe is so warm and welcoming. The room is thoughtfully decorated. You really see and notice someone cares. Good quality stash of coffee and tea with many tools for making it, good kitchen supplies, lovely soaps. But than also fluffy rug, clothing steamer, enough hangers, Netflix installed on the TV, reliable fast internet and even an extra tap in the kitchen solely for drinking water. It really felt like a home away from home.
The team that hosted me, also gave tips for the city through WA but also before my arrival informed me with all details necessary.

We really enjoyed our stay in this cute and coloutful apartment. It has everything you need and is located in a small lane from where you can easily start your tours through HCMC.
The cafè downstairs has great coffee and super nice staff.
The communication with CIRCADIAN was quick and friendly. 5 stars
