Newly built, launched in Dec 2023!
Located in a quiet alley in downtown Saigon, our cozy studio combines a unique design with whimsical charm.
Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with rain shower, Netflix & blazing fast wifi.
At ground, you can enjoy a snack or coffee at the Hai Cai Tay Cafe.
We also have a washer/dryer for our in-house guests.We are right next to the Wink Hotel & in walking distance to many restaurants, cafes, and bars.

The space

Our professionally designed apartment has been designed for your convenience and comfort.

There’s a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofa, dining table, bathroom with rain shower, and work desk and chair.

On the ground floor, guests can enjoy a snack or delicious drink at the beautifully designed coffee shop. The cafe has a chill and cozy vibe.

In addition, all guests can use the front-loading washer and dryer on the ground floor.
Our unit is on the mezzanine floor and is one of seven units in the building. Access is via stairs.
The building is in a quiet alley in central Saigon next to the Wink Hotel.
You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Van Thu and along the canal street (Hoang Sa).

Guest access

Guests will have the entire unit to themselves, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer which is located on the ground floor.

Other things to note

Please message us first if you are interested in having a photoshoot at our unit.

Our building has a ground, a mezzanine and 3 floors above. This unit is on the mezzanine floor accessible by stairs.
Guests will walk through the cafe to get to the stairs. The building is open 24 hours a day.
There is no elevator. If you need assistance with luggage, please inform our hosts.

    I’ve chosen Circadian to be the place for staycation as the host’s standard is super great. Any apartments under Circadian’s host are amazing, as well as the hosts supports.
    Highly recommended. But you better book early as their apartments get full booked easily.

    One of the best places I have ever stayed not just in Vietnam, but also among all the Airbnb experiences I have had so far. The best thing that stands out, is really the superb cafe just right underneath the place. The cafe sells really really good coffees, and I will miss it for sure. The facilities inside the place are good, great tv great soundbar and etc. The hosts are proactive and friendly, most importantly quick to response for all kinds of requests.
    You won’t regret staying this place!

    The bed was the most comfy bed we had ever experienced and the room smelled so good. The room was very clean and the cafe below was also amazing.
    We had initially been staying in another Airbnb that was not great and moved to Cicadian’s was very much worth it.
    Would 100% recommend to anyone traveling to Vietnam for work or pleasure.
    Looking forward to staying there again

    I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The room’s decor was incredibly cute, and I loved the attention to detail. The highlight for me was the complete set of Vietnamese coffee-making utensils in the room – it was such a fun touch! Additionally, having a big TV with Netflix access made it super convenient for unwinding after a long day of exploring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cozy and fun stay!
