The stunning space features exposed columns, curved walls and a unique glass ceiling that fills the hallway with sunlight.

Relax at the small garden and coffee lounge at the back.

The unit is equipped with a luxurious bed, laptop table, complimentary water, toilet with bidet, and bath essentials—all the ingredients for a perfect stay 😉

The space

The unit is one of four homestay units on the first floor of the building.

The unit itself a queen bed, a laptop table, and a full bathroom with rain shower. Please note this unit does not have a kitchen.

Our homestay occupies the first floor in a building with three floors.
The top is floor is the private office of a company and is not open to guests.

Access is via steps. Please note there is no elevator. If you need we can arrange for a porter to help you carry your luggage up to the apartment.

There are four rooms on the 2nd floor. I’ve been staying in the room EBI, and it was neat and clean. The room is not huge, but really nice and cozy, just as presented on their descriptions.
The neighborhood is not noisy, but rather lively: there’s a (public?) tennis court on the back and local children often ride bike and play with their friends, which is adorable 😄
And you get extra complementary cleaning service if you get to stay like more than few days as I did. Circadian crews are nice, kind people and they answer you really quick, plus they have like 8 hotlines 😇 Had no difficulty communicating with them, both in English and Vietnamese. Highly recommended! The host is so communicative and thoughtful, and all of their properties are tastefully designed and in pristine condition (super clean and well organized). I would trust and stay at any of their locations again and again 🙂

Nice place to stay. Cozy room with comfortable bed. The sheets smelled clean. There was free laundry right outside. Responsive host. Detergent available. Vacuum was available if you wanted to do some cleaning. Big window with plenty of sunlight. Strong AC. Good storage space. Jug of water available in room which was very nice.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, a skip away from the heart of the city with easy access to all the attractions. The host was incredibly hospitable, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well equipped, making me feel right at home. I especially loved the shared space with coffee making utilities and views of the tennis court. I would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a fantastic experience in Ho Chi Minh City.

I had a great stay and was extremely comfortable. I really appreciate how quickly the hosts replied. They were very accommodating with luggage storage as well. The washer and dryer unit and the jug of drinking water was a huge bonus.
I really liked the shared coffee bar and patio. The design of the space is so nice. Everything was super clean.
Central location and easy to get around.
