Just opened in Jan 2025!

This unique retro studio is inspired by the history of Đa Kao Ward, famous in the 1960s for its tailors and áo dài dressmakers.

Our stylish unit features high ceilings and a big window with lots of sunlight. It includes:

-Two plush armchairs
-Hotel-style queen bed
-Smart TV+Netflix
-Full kitchen
-Coffee+tea bar
-Work desk+chair
-Big bathroom+rain shower

We’re in the city center, only 5 min from the zoo and 10 min from the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Other things to note

This unit is on the ground floor. The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew). There is no elevator.

    Our stay at the bnb albeit short was wonderful. it’s such a cozy little place with all the amenities you would need. The hosts are very responsive and the location is very accessible. We had to cut out stay short due to an emergency and the hosts were gracious enough to understand our situation and refund the remaining amount. One of the hosts even came to the bnb to check up on us.

    I’m so happy I found this apartment for my stay in Ho Chi Minh City!! The decor is so beautiful, and while the apartment is really cosy, it feels more spacious than it looks in the photos. The bed is so so comfy, great air-conditioning and having filtered water in the apartment was a game-changer that my partner and I were so grateful for!! Plus, the hosts are very responsive and accomodating. I couldn’t recommend this apartment highly enough and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
    The only thing worth noting is that because the apartment is on the ground floor, you can often hear people coming and going through the main entrance as well as there being quite a lot of noise from the restaurant in front of the building both in the morning (from about 7am) and the evening. But I imagine this would be the case for any other ground floor apartment in Ho Chi Minh City and everything else about the apartment certainly makes up for this. We really loved our stay!!!

    This is my 2nd time staying with Circadian. Wow, I’m not staying anywhere else after this. I’d have my family and guests over, and every single person would be amazed by the interior design. I def took a lot of inspirations during this stay. This specific location was a tad bit hard to hail taxis, but very walkable to famous Mien Cua and Bun Cha/Nem restaurants. Overall, I’m coming back and cannot wait to try another property from Circadian team.

    Súper recomendable
    Es un piso muy confortable con sabanas súper limpias y cama súper comoda.
    Te sientes muy agusto en el apartamento, con buen aire acondicionado para combatir el calor de Saigon.
    Sin duda, repetiria.
    Ah! Mencion especial a la atención recibida en todo momento. Muchas gracias por todo.

    想像以上に清潔で、キッチンの充実度や家電の質がよかったです。屋上もカラフルな椅子と景色がベトナムらしさを感じさせてくれました。夜中にエントランスドアを10分ほど激しくガチャガチャしている方がいたのが気になりましたが、ホスト側には何も問題はないので、評価には影響しません。
