Just opened in Jan 2025!
This unique retro studio is inspired by the history of Đa Kao Ward, famous in the 1960s for its tailors and áo dài dressmakers.
Our stylish unit features high ceilings and a big window with lots of sunlight. It includes:

-Coffee+tea bar
-Work desk+chair
-Big bathroom+rain shower
We’re in the city center, only 5 min from the zoo and 10 min from the Notre Dame Cathedral.
Other things to note
This unit is on the ground floor. The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew). There is no elevator.

100% best bang for your buck if you’re budget-conscious. We loved our stay and will recommend Circadian to all our friends and family.
We really enjoyed our stay there. Perfect location to reach all points of interest. The place is decorated with taste and had all the amenities you need. Spotless clean as well. We definitely recommend this place.
I stayed in a room on the ground floor, with windows facing an alley, so I couldn’t really open the curtains for privacy. The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear footsteps and flushing from the floor above. That said, the accommodation was very clean and overall well-maintained.”
The Circadian have a great team of hosts who replied to us within minutes. The place was clean and spotless and every detail was thought of in both their instructions of how to find the place – they sent a youtube video! – to the amenities they provided. A lot of thought and care was put into this apartment and we, as guests, we’re very grateful for that. And right at our doorstep was a Michelin selected crab restaurant that had the best crab rolls we’ve ever had! also a lot of cafes and restaurants nearby.
My stay exceeded all expectations! The space was spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable. The staff/host was helpful and super responsive throughout my visit. I truly felt well taken care of. They even kept my luggage so I could run errands before my flight. Can’t wait to come back next year — highly recommended, 10/10!
