This cozy unit has beautiful views of Landmark 81 and features a full kitchen, hotel queen bed, plush sofa w/ pedestal table, and relaxing bathroom.

Located in the city center, we are near many restaurants & cafes. and less than 5 minutes from Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral.

Other things to note

This unit is located on the 5th floor, and is one of 12 serviced apartments in the building. There are two apartments per floor.

The elevator starts at the 1st floor. You will need to walk up 1 level from the ground floor.

The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew).

love this place, nice and quiet, almost brand new place, kitchen clean, so perfect for 1 or two guest, if i could stay in the country for few more days i would love to extend my stay there .the hosts are very responsive ,they give me anything i needed, answers my questions right away.

This was a beautiful and private apartment with lots to do nearby! It has many great restaurants but is also not too busy, making it a perfect place. I would recommend staying here and the host is always super helpful!

Great little place if you’re looking for a short stay in HCMC. It’s a small space, but it maximizes every bit of space and it was very clean. It’s also on a very charming local street, but only a 10 minute walk to some of the most notable places to see in District 1. Highly recommend!

Veramente bello! Forse il miglior appartamento della vacanza. Curato in ogni dettaglio e pulitissimo. Letto comodissimo! L’host sempre disponibile a gentile! Consigliatissimo!!!

Lovely stay. The back room was quiet and got lots of sunlight. Nice design with nice street view. Bed was super comfy. Hand clothes steamer is a bonus. A shared washing machine and dryer in the common area was really convenient too. Overall, great experience!
