This cozy unit features a fully equipped kitchen, hotel queen bed, plush sofa with pedestal table, and relaxing bathroom.
It has all the amenities for a short or long stay:

Located in the city center, we are near many restaurants & cafes. and less than 5 minutes from Saigon Notre Dame Cathedral.

Other things to note

This unit is located on the 3rd floor, and is one of 12 serviced apartments in the building. There are two apartments per floor.

The elevator starts at the 1st floor. You will need to walk up 1 level from the ground floor.

The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew).

房源位于胡志明第一区，去胡志明市区主要景点都很方便。房间在闹市中的一处小弄堂里，周围餐厅选择很多，交通也很方便。房间干净，温馨，厨房用具齐全，沟通回应及时，住宿体验很好。谢谢款待！

The Airbnb was an awesome place to stay! Very helpful staff, good communication, and very clean. We wanted to stay an extra day and they managed to accommodate us in another room and we didn’t have to wait around! Efficient, helpful, and easy with transitions. Would recommend this Airbnb if staying in Ho Chi Minh

I had a great stay at this Airbnb in Ho Chi Minh City. The location is very central, making it easy to get around and explore the city. The place itself was spotless, very comfortable, and tastefully decorated, it really felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

A wonderful stay with super clean and tidy room. Amazing staff crew with excellent communication. One of the best spots to stay in Saigon. Highly recommend!!
