About this space

Designed for short or long-term stays, the minimalist studio features 2 queen beds, full kitchen & ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

The best part of this unit is our “living room,” a sunken lounge filled with plush pillows and cushions that opens into a small private garden. It really is the perfect spot to chill and read a book.

Guests will also have access to a larger shared kitchen, a coworking area and a washer/dryer. We’re only 15 min from the airport & 15 min from Ben Thanh Market!

Our newly built homestay contains 8 units with shared spaces on the ground floor.

In addition, you will have access to the following shared spaces:

– Front courtyard with outdoor seating
– Front-loading washer and dryer
– Full kitchen with stove, large refrigerator and microwave
– Complimentary coffee bar

Our homestay is located in the quiet Tan Dinh neighborhood of District 1, one of the few walkable areas in Saigon. The area is bustling with hip cafes and restaurants, and cool local businesses.

Guest access

Every part of the unit including kitchen, bathroom and garden. Guests can also access the shared areas in the building including the coworking area, ground floor kitchen, front courtyard and washer/dryer.

    Host was super friendly and accommodating. Place looks like the pictures. There are many places you can hang out and eat around the area. Not too far away from the airport.

    I had a good stay! My favorite part is that the taxi was able to get in and pick us up right at the front door. Self check-in was also a plus. Thanks for having us!

    Highly recommend this stay and the host! I would stay with the Circadian again. The host and team stayed very responsive and kept good communication throughout the stay. Any matters that we had were taken care of immediately. There was also a team member on site at all times which made the stay feel safe and secure. They also provided us with parking for our bikes for a good price. The location is great as well for exploring the city. I look forward to possibly staying with this team again.

    Great place! The room is bigger than expected. The location is very good! There are dome super cute little cafes and restaurants nearby. There are also several unique shops. We enjoyed our few days here. We will choose to stay here next time I come to Ho Chi Minh.

    I’ve stayed at this place before Covid. It’s been nearly 4 years since then, but everything is just perfect as before. To be honest I don’t want this place popular. So please raise the price. It’s too cheap now. From my previous Airbnb experience, raising price will attract more quality guests. I hope to book this place next time. Until then, good bye!

    We had 2 great nights at Botanist Lab! The room is super clean and spacious. The hosts are very welcoming and friendly, they checked up on us regularly and responsive to all the questions.
    We love the sofa pit in the room with Netflix ready on projector screen. Definitely gonna comeback here next time!
