The space

This retro apartment lies on the 3rd floor of a heritage building.

It features 3.2 meter ceilings, huge windows that bathe the space natural sunlight and two private balconies with great views of the city center.

The 1 bedroom unit includes a queen and double bed, sofa bed, a full bathroom with shower, and fully equipped kitchen.

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. Access is via steps. Unfortunately there is no elevator.

The gate on the ground floor is open until midnight. After that time, the security guard who sleeps on the ground floor will let guests in.

We are in the center of Saigon so you may hear some noise from the street traffic.

We loved staying at this place and we loved how hospitable the Circadian team were.
The place was spacious, with clean linen and not too busy at night so not too loud.
The team were extremely helpful and checked in on us to make sure we were ok – (and this was great as I was travelling with small 2 kids).
The place is safe and close to both Saigon Centre and Saigon square and very close to their famous strip of shops.
Would definitely recommend.
The only thing to be mindful of is that there is no lift as it’s an old (but beautiful) building, but the hosts kindly offered to meet us upon arrival to help with suitcases and also offered to help when checking out.

lovely appartement with a lot of personality
but most of all, the host(s) are the friendliest and most available hosts i have had in my MANY airbnb experience
thanks to them I had the best experience ever !

The flat was perfect for us. Our kid loved the bunk bed. All amenities worked well.The location was great with a lot of visit-worthy places at a walkable distance. A casual first day walk lead us to the Post Office, Notre Dam church, Opera house and Shows on closed off roads. A lovely first day. And it got better. Eateries abound around the place. Take your pick… Overall a wonderful stay.

You cannot get better accommodations for the price! Central location with lots of shopping, restaurants right outside and just blocks from the historic Ben Thanh marketplace. It was very easy to get a Grab quickly and right on the street. It does have the hustle and bustle of a busy street but easily resolved with ear plugs. The beds were spacious and comfortable. Each room had AC which we we were so grateful for after a day out. The shower has hot water with a good amount of pressure. I was impressed that there was also a washing machine to do a quick load between trips. If you love coffee like we do you’ll be grateful to wake up to a coffee bar with fresh beans and several options to make coffee your favorite way. The cleaning lady was already there and ready to clean for the next check in so be assured that the place is pristine when you arrive with fresh linens. Highly recommend!

My brother’s family and I had a great stay in the apartment. It is in the center of District 1, where you can walk near the famous tourist destination. Nothing beats the hospitality of the hosts. They were very responsive and ensured we had a great time during our stay. The self-service cafe is fantastic! We enjoyed exploring different ways of making coffee. We even decided to have dinner in the apartment and enjoyed it (while my niece can still go around the apartment and play). This apartment will make you experience something that fancy hotels cannot provide: personalized service. I would love to book it again on our next visit to Saigon.
