The space

Our newly renovated apartment at City Garden has been designed for maximum comfort and convenience.
The 120sqm apartment has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
The open living room and dining room features:

-55 inch Smart TV with Netflix
-Marshall bluetooth speaker
-Vinyl record player with some Western and Vietnamese records

Each bathroom features a high-volume rain shower, bidet and step stool. Toiletries are provided including toothbrush, qtips, body wash, and shampoo and conditioner.

We have a front-loading washer/dryer with drying rack. Detergent is provided.

    I had a wonderful stay! The host was incredibly attentive and made sure all my needs were met. The apartment itself was beautiful and very comfortable. The complex was superb, offering excellent amenities. Additionally, the location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions and conveniences. Highly recommend!

    We had a lovely stay here! The host was so considerate and thoughtful. The place was clean and had everything we needed, even Nespresso machine with pods, washing machine with detergent and very comfy beds!
    The pool area was such a treat and we used it every day. This was the perfect place to stay with our 5month old baby because we could go to the busy parts of town (10minutes drive) and then come back and have peace and quiet. They could even arrange a crib and high chair for us.

    Very nice place to stay in HCMC. The location is near lot of local street food.
    The appartment looks like the picture and offers lot of space.
    The communication with Circadian was amazing, they are responsive, helpful and friendly, willing to help if you have any request.
    You have access to the swimming pool as well as the fitness room. I recommend this place, the host is very professional and all the guidelines were very clear.

    This apartment was absolutely beautiful. The host was so helpful and speedy to respond to all of my inquiries. You’re within walking distance of so much amazing food and mini marts. The wifi is fast enough that 3 people can game on it without any lag. The beds are soft and they provide an abundance of pillows. Highly recommend this place if you want a great stay in District 1.
