1. Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions represent an agreement between Circadian Management Co., LTD (CM), the guest, and any third-party payment platform used on www.staycircadian.com. By clicking “Agree,” you confirm that you understand and accept the terms stated herein.

“Terms and Conditions” refer to this agreement between CM, the customer, and the third-party website. “Third-party” refers to CM’s partner (OnePay) supporting online payment services. “Electronic receipt (e-receipt)” means the booking confirmation issued by CM.

2. Use of the website

This website is operated by CM and governed by the laws of Vietnam. You may use it only to search for information, make legitimate reservations or purchases. You agree not to make speculative, false, or fraudulent bookings. No joint venture, partnership, or employment relationship exists between you and CM.
All trademarks, logos, and content on this website are the property of CM and may not be copied or reused without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Privacy and your personal data

Your personal data is collected solely for processing bookings and confirmations. CM may share your name and stay details with accommodation partners for reservation purposes. You may opt-in to receive events, promotions, and special offers. Your data is protected within CM’s secured system but may be disclosed to authorities as required by law.
Payments are processed by the third-party provider (OnePay). Cardholder data is transmitted over encrypted channels and authenticated using industry‑standard 3‑D Secure protocols (e.g., Visa Secure, Mastercard Identity Check, JCB J/Secure) when applicable.

4. The linking websites

This website has a linking to third party websites, this only supports and offers a secure server for your credit card payments and. CM should not take responsibility for the information usage policies of the operators of these websites.

5. Payment online

Full payment is required at the time of booking. Once your booking is completed, a confirmation email will be sent. Please review your details carefully. Two payment options are available:

Option 1 – Credit/Debit Card (via Payment Link): Booking is confirmed immediately after successful payment. Cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and JCB.
Option 2 – Vietnam Bank Transfer: Reservations are held for 4 hours. If payment is not received within this period, the booking will be automatically cancelled. Please contact CM to obtain banking details and confirm transfer.

6. Age & Occupancy Policy

Minimum Check‑in Age: 18 years old.
Unaccompanied minors under 18 years old are not accepted.
Children under 7 years old: Free when sharing a bed with parents (1 child per bed).
Children 7 years and older: Counted as adults.
Crib for infants (under 2 years): Free upon request, subject to availability.
Extra guest: 270,000 VND per person per night.

7. Security & Liability

Guests are responsible for damages, missing items, or misconduct during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the guest. CM does not require a security deposit; however, guests must ensure proper use of property.
