Check-in Policy

Upon receiving a room reservation and the corresponding payment, we will promptly confirm the Guest’s booking information via email, phone, or SMS.

Please present your booking confirmation at our reception desk to check in at the scheduled time.

• Check-in time: after 2 PM
• Check-out time: before 12 PM

Any additional expenses incurred for extra services and products during the stay will be billed according to the hotel’s prices and our regulations. Kindly settle the payment upon check out.

• Minimum Check-in Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check into a room. 

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. We do not accept unaccompanied minors. 

• Children under 7 years old: Free of charge when sharing bed with parents. 

• Children from 7 years old: Considered as adults. 

• Crib for infants (<2 years): Free of charge upon request (subject to availability). 

• Extra adult guest fee: 270,000 VND per person per night (including 8% VAT).
