Check-in Policy

Upon receiving a room reservation and the corresponding payment, we will confirm the Guest’s booking information via email, phone, or SMS.

This property operates a fully remote self check-in system. There is no on-site reception desk.

To complete the check-in process, Guests are required to provide valid personal identification information in advance. Once all required information has been successfully submitted and verified, Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions and the room access code.

Identification Requirements:

• Vietnamese Guests:
  Physical Citizen Identification Card (CCCD) or VNeID (Level 2 digital identification).

• Foreign Guests:
  One of the following valid documents:

  • Passport with a valid visa, or

  • Physical Temporary Residence Card.

Failure to provide the required identification information may result in delayed check-in or inability to access the room.

Check-in / Check-out Time:

• Check-in time: after 2 PM
• Check-out time: before 12 PM

Any additional expenses incurred for extra services and products during the stay will be billed according to the property’s prices and regulations. Kindly settle all outstanding payments upon check-out.

Age & Occupancy Policy:

• Minimum Check-in Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to check into a room. 

• Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted. 

• Children under 7 years old: Free of charge when sharing bed with parents. 

• Children from 7 years old: Considered as adults. 

• Crib for infants (<2 years): Free of charge upon request (subject to availability). 

• Extra adult guest fee: 270,000 VND per person per night (including 8% VAT).
