If you wish to change your check-out date, switch to a different room type, or cancel your reservation, please contact our customer support team via the contact information on our Site.

Room Change Policy:

  • Guests may request to change rooms within the same stay period for a room of equal or greater value, subject to availability. A rate difference will apply for upgraded rooms. The standard cancellation policy may not apply in such cases. 
  • If Circadian must change your room due to maintenance or technical issues, we will relocate you to a room of equal or greater value. Refunds will not be provided if the issue is resolved promptly and does not significantly affect the overall stay.

Check-in Date Change Policy:

If you wish to change your check-in date before 5 days of check-in time, it will depend on the room availability.
If you wish to change your check-in date within 5 days of check-in time, we cannot fulfill your request and will remain your original reservation.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

For stays under 7 nights:

  • Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in. 
  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in will be fully charged. 
  • No shows, alteration and early check-outs are non-refundable. 

For stays of 7 nights or more:

  • Free cancellation up to 14 days before check-in. 
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will be fully charged. 
  • No shows, alteration and early check-outs are non-refundable.

After canceling a room reservation, Circadian will inform you about the details of the services and costs associated with the cancellation, including any refund amount, if applicable. If a refund is due to you, Circadian will process the refund via bank transfer to the provided bank account (For domestic bank account only) Or via your Credit card. The refund process takes up to 15-30 working days (depending on the beneficiary bank). We’ll notify you about any bank transaction fees related to the refund process upon your inquiry.
