Our unit is one of eight studios in a small newly constructed building. The building has a ground floor and 4 upper floors (2 studios per floor). There is an elevator.
The building is in a quiet hem in the downtown area across from a Starbucks and the New World Hotel. It is within walking distance of major tourist sites.
You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Trai, Le Lai and Ly Tu Trong.

Guests will have access to their unit, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer which is located on the ground floor.
