About this space

Location, location, location! Our studio apartment is located in the heart of the city and has everything you need to make yourself feel at home.

It is just a short walk to City Hall & Ben Thanh Market and right next to Nguyen Hue Walking Street.

Please note we just renovated this unit in August 2023!

The space

This newly remodeled 53m2 studio lies on the 3rd floor of a heritage building.

The expansive layout features 3 meter high ceilings, huge windows that bathe the space natural sunlight and two private balconies with great views of the city center.

My studio has a queen bed, sofa bed, a full bathroom with rain shower, and fully equipped kitchen.

The space is fully equipped with many amenities.:

•Coffee bar with Aero-press, Osaka pour-over, French press, Vietnamese coffee filter, and teamaker and complimentary coffee and tea

•Toto toilet with built-in bidet

Our apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building. Access is via steps. Unfortunately there is no elevator.

The gate on the ground floor is open until midnight. After that time, the security guard who sleeps on the ground floor will let guests in.

Everything is perfect, the accommodation is very well located, very good neighbor of Saïgonnais with their Vietnamese kindness, exemplary comfort, very nice decor, spacious, very well equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing. The Circadian team is at its best, there is very clear information and you are in constant relationship via what-sapp with the team in case of need with incredible responsiveness. Really this apartment and the team at Circadian are excellent. I travel a lot professionally. For a few years I have preferred to rent an apartment rather than a hotel room for business trips , and I have to say that the level of professionalism here is very impressive. I know where to stay when I’m back in HCMC, I’ll be back with great joy in this place.

We spent 1 week at Circadian’s studio & loved it!
The studio has everything you need to feel right at home. It is beautiful & spacious too!
I love the decor especially the record player. The bed was very comfy & the linen soft. We were also offered a complimentary room clean half way through our stay which was a nice touch.
The location of the studio is perfect walking distance to loads of restaurants, tourist attractions & malls.
The hosts were wonderful! They were quick to respond & extremely professional. Every detail of how to check in was provided.
I highly recommend this studio if you want to stay in the heart of the city⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Circadian crew are outstanding when it comes to communication and are fast to respond at anytime. Our unit was exactly what we expected from their Airbnb listing and was excellent value for the price. Very clean, pleasant decor, lots of space and a perfect location to walk around and explore the area. Just around the corner is lively Nguyen Hue Walking St, a must see at night! There is a shopping centre across the road and plenty of bars and restaurants in any direction to walk to. We stayed 3 nights in unit 305, there was nothing we could fault and we thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This is the apartment I wish I had in Saigon. Spacious, airy, with a superb location right in the middle of things. I wish I could make it my own, but through the awesome hosts, being able to enjoy it as a guest is a great consolation. Would 100% stay here again.

The space was roomy and welcoming in a prime location. Loved the addition of a washing machine and Bluetooth speaker to make the space feel more like a home. The circadian team was communicative and was quick to respond when we had questions and concerns. It’s a little loud due to its location in heart of district 1, but it never disrupted our sleep as sounds ended by midnight. Definitely worth it! Loved our time here!
