Our professionally designed apartment mixes minimalist design with maximalist comfort.The 50sqm unit features a serenely balanced layout with huge windows, spacious kitchen & luxurious bathroom. It also includes:

Our spot is at the city center, less than 5 minutes from Saigon’s Notre Dame Cathedral, and near many restaurants & cafes.

Other things to note

This unit is located on the 3rd floor, and is one of 12 serviced apartments in the building. There are two apartments per floor.

The elevator starts at the 1st floor. You will need to walk up 1 level from the ground floor.

The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew).

My girlfriend and I stayed at Circadian’s @ District 1 HCMC, Vietnam and it was a really pleasant experience. First impression wise — the smell of the space, the cleanliness of the kitchen, bathroom and living room was amazing.
For those who are checking out the place, or thinking about staying, it’s definitely worth the stay!

Dit was letterlijk onze beste AirBnB ooit. Het is exact zoals op de foto’s en je hebt het gevoel alsof je in een luxe hotel verblijft (maar dan met je eigen privacy). Het contact was erg prettig en wanneer we iets nodig hadden, kwamen we niks te kort. Dit verblijf was geweldig!

This is the place to stay in Ho Chi Minh City! We really had a good time here for the first days of our Vietnam trip. The apartment has everything you need and is located perfectly right in the center of the city. The bed was incredibly comfy after our long flight and we felt like home right away. We would definitely come back to this gem to explore the city!

The apartment was pretty perfect. Everything we needed. Great sized space, location was bustling but in a good way. No problems getting picked up by taxis. Support team were fantastic and went above and beyond when required. A lovely, good value apartment that we would stay at again in HCMC if we return.

Probably a favourite stay out of our whole trip to Vietnam! The room had everything we needed and was so cosy, the decor was stunning and we loved using the projector for watching Netflix before bed. Everything was described perfectly and really appreciated a drinking water tap! We couldn’t fault the hosts who regularly checked in and were very supportive. Couldn’t recommend it more!
