Our professionally designed apartment combines minimalist design with maximalist comfort.

The unit features enormous windows, a cozy kitchen and a relaxing bathroom. Amenities include:

Our spot is in the city center, near many restaurants and cafes. It’s less than 5 minutes away from the Opera House & Saigon’s Notre Dame Cathedral.

Other things to note

This unit is located on the 1st floor, and is one of 12 serviced apartments in the building. There are two apartments per floor.

The elevator starts at the 1st floor. You will need to walk up 1 level from the ground floor.

The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew).

We really enjoyed our stay here! The room was very clean, smelled nice, and had everything we needed. The location is great with lots of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. My husband is a light sleeper but he didn’t have any issues with noise during our stay. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was excellent, spacious and impeccably clean. The host is professional and communicative. Location is easy to find and check in was super simple. The place is identical to the photo. definitely recommended staying here! 😊

This was hands down one of the BEST Airbnbs we stayed in ever! The communication from Circadian was so proactive, clear and they were super responsive and helpful. And the space was GORGEOUS and so comfortable for our short trip in Ho Chi Minh! I especially appreciated all the different coffee making appliances 🙂

Had the most comfortable stay here! The room felt brand new with its recent renovation, the bed was super comfy, windows and doors were well soundproofed, the aircon was perfectly cold, and the shower had excellent heating and strong water pressure. 100% will rebook!

booked 2 of circadian’s listings for my friends and i, this is one of the best airbnbs i’ve ever stayed in! the building was easy to locate, there was no need to navigate through dark alleyways to get to the bnb unlike other bnbs in HCM. furniture and amenities were all pristine and in very good condition! special mention to the bedding because my friends and i were knocked out each night we slept🤣 the vinyl and speakers were a nice touch too! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will consider rebooking the next time we are back!
