Just opened in Jan 2025!

This unique retro studio is inspired by the history of Đa Kao Ward, famous in the 1960s for its tailors and áo dài dressmakers.

Our stylish unit features high ceilings and a big window with lots of sunlight. It includes:

-Work desk+chair
-Big bathroom+rain shower

We’re in the city center, only 5 min from the zoo and 10 min from the Notre Dame Cathedral.

Other things to note

This unit is on the 2nd floor accessible by stairs (no elevator). If you need assistance with luggage, please inform our hosts.
The building is open 24 hours a day (no curfew).

    Really, really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. It was brand new, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and homely and had absolutely everything you could need. TV had plenty of streaming options, Netflix etc, the kitchen was fully equipped if needed and all amenities were provided. There was a washing machine, detergent and dryer free to use on the rooftop which was absolutely perfect. The hosts were very friendly, responsive and extremely helpful – would definitely recommend this place and would definitely stay again!

    That was my second stay at a Circadian property. The DaKao studio was recommended to me when the previous apartment was fully booked. It is in brand new condition and offers incredibly value for your money! Beautifully designed, well equiped (I stayed for 8 nights in total and the fully equipped kitchen was a dream). There are a washing mschine and dryer available, which I used on a daily basis). Communication was flawless (messenger app that can’t be named here) and I got instant reactions whenever I had a request. Minor downside: bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. It is rather noisy (by western standards) due to the location by a busy road. Overall: excellent stay! Will come again.

    great place to stay. it looks exactly like the photos and matches the description. the location is close to a very busy street of which the noise trickles in but it is nothing too bad. everything is well within walking distance if you prefer to explore on foot like us.

    Loved this stay. stayed for a month and felt like home. Room was nice and cozy with lots of natural light. Quiet at night and ac worked well. Would definitely stay again!
    Host were very responsive and accommodating. Loved being able to requests new towels when needed and weekly cleaning was a nice bonus.

    The apartment is lovely. Very stylish, tidy and cosy. Everything you could possibly need was there. Even spices in the kitchen. If we return to Saigon, we will definitely stay again 🙂
