Our minimalist studio is located in a quiet alley in downtown Saigon, close to many cafes, restaurants, shopping and nightlife.
You can walk to major tourist attractions from our place:Bui Vien Walking Street (5 minutes), Ben Thanh Market (10 minutes) and Reunification Palace (10 minutes).
The unit features a fully equipped kitchen, platform bed, spacious bathroom and all the amenities you need for a short or long stay: Netflix, Go-gle speaker, superfast wifi, & bidet toilet.

Our unit is one of eight studios in a small newly constructed building. The building has a ground floor and 4 upper floors (2 studios per floor). There is an elevator.

The building is in a quiet hem in the downtown area across from a Starbucks and the New World Hotel. It is within walking distance of major tourist sites. We are at the end of the closed alley so there’s minimal traffic outside.

You will find many cafes, restaurants, shopping and bars on the nearby streets of Nguyen Trai, Le Lai and Ly Tu Trong.

Guest access

Guests will have access to their unit, including bathroom, kitchen and coffee bar. The only shared amenity is the washer/dryer which is located on the ground floor.

Other things to note

Please note there is construction in the area, which is expected until October 20th. The work is daily from 8AM to 5PM, Monday to Saturday. There may be some noise at random time during this period. Please message us if you have any questions.
