Payment Policy

All reservations will require a full payment at the time of booking and the remaining half (50%) 14 days from the date of stay. Bookings made less than 5 days prior to stay are charged the full amount (100%) at the time of booking.  Bookings can be made as much as six (06) months in advance.

Damage Deposit:  A damage deposit is collected at the time of registration.  The damage deposit will be refunded within 2-3 days from the time of check-out if no damage to the property is present.
