If you wish to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact our support team via the contact information provided on our website. Changes and cancellations are subject to the policies below.

Room Change Policy

Guests may request to change rooms during their stay for a room of equal or higher value, subject to availability. Rate differences will apply for upgraded rooms. If Circadian must change your room due to maintenance or technical issues, you will be relocated to an equivalent or superior room. Refunds are not provided if the issue is promptly resolved and does not significantly affect your stay.

Check-in Date Change Policy

Guests may request a new check-in date (same or longer stay), subject to availability. Requests must follow the same timeline as the cancellation policy.

Cancellation Policy

For standard stays (less than 28 nights): Free cancellation up to 5 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 5 days of check-in are fully charged.
For long stays (28 nights or more) & Group bookings: Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check-in are fully charged.

No-shows, early check-outs, or late alterations are non-refundable.

A full refund also applies, if cancelled within 24 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in.

Note: All timelines are based on Vietnam time after midnight.

Refund Process

Refunds are processed following approval of a written cancellation or refund request. Refunds will be made to the same payment method used at booking.

  • Vietnam Bank Transfer: Processed within 1–2 working days after approval.
  • Credit/Debit Card: Typically takes 5–30 working days depending on your issuing bank.
    Delays may occur due to bank processing times, weekends, or holidays.

While CM strives to process refunds promptly, it is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors. Transaction or foreign exchange fees charged by your bank are non-refundable.
