About this space

Designed for short or long-term stays, the minimalist studio features 2 queen beds, full kitchen & ensuite bathroom with rain shower.

The best part of this unit is our “living room,” a sunken lounge filled with plush pillows and cushions that opens into a small private garden. It really is the perfect spot to chill and read a book.

Guests will also have access to a larger shared kitchen, a coworking area and a washer/dryer. We’re only 15 min from the airport & 15 min from Ben Thanh Market!

The space

Our newly built homestay contains 8 units with shared spaces on the ground floor.

In addition, you will have access to the following shared spaces:
– Coworking area with a large table
– Front courtyard with outdoor seating
– Front-loading washer and dryer
– Full kitchen with stove, large refrigerator and microwave
– Complimentary coffee bar

Our homestay is located in the quiet Tan Dinh neighborhood of District 1, one of the few walkable areas in Saigon. The area is bustling with hip cafes and restaurants, and cool local businesses.

Guest access

Every part of the unit including kitchen, bathroom and garden. Guests can also access the shared areas in the building including the coworking area, ground floor kitchen, front courtyard and washer/dryer.

This unit does not have secure parking for motorbikes. Please contact our hosts if you need to park your motorbike

The room was exactly as pictured. Loveeee the movie space, we used it as our sleeping space as well since it was so comfortable. The room is on ground floor so you might hear noises from the street, but not too much so it didn’t really bother us at all. Also love the big window leading to the front garden, best place for smokers like us. All in all, we had an amazing experience at Thang’s place. Would highly recommend to all my friends. Thanks again for your hospitality and quick response!

The place is super cute with a sunken lounge area and a projector so you can netflix and chill. It’s comfortable for 4 people with two queen beds and a small kitchen. Communication was quick and very helpful. It’s located in a local neighborhood with a lot of hippie and unique spots that you can explore!

Great place in a local neighborhood, furniture looks new and clean, kitchen utensils are well equipped. Host(s) were easy to talk with, had fast replies and cooperative, even helped me with an early check-in. Love my stay, recommended
